On 10 April, Xiamen ITG Group Corp., Ltd. held its 2nd temporary shareholders’ meeting in 2017. In the meeting, Mr. Xiaoxi Xu, Secretary of the Party Committee & Chairman of the Board of Xiamen ITG Holding Group Co., Ltd., was elected to be Director of the 8th Board of Directors of Xiamen ITG Group Corp., Ltd. In the 5th Meeting in 2017 of the 8th Board of Directors of Xiamen ITG Group Corp., Ltd. that was held subsequently, Xiaoxi Xu was elected to be Chairman of the Board.

Since Mr. Fulong He, the former chairman of Xiamen ITG Group Corp., Ltd., had already reached the retirement age, he quitted his positions (chairman & director) on 24 March.
